Johnathon is well known in the trucking industry, Starting as an owner operator in 2017 oil field industry Sand Hauling... Advancing to brokerage in 2019 he was awarded nationally for his accomplishments. Experienced in Trucking but also General Business. Starting his career started as a small business owner he never imagined it would lead to being awarded by Landstar the biggest trucking company in N. America in 2019 as their Rookie of the year. Johnathon became Certified in Hazardous, Over sized, Line Hauls, Logistics Management, Contract Bidding, agent Freight training and more. Johnathon's Independent IHT - Landstar agency paid out over $800,000.00 to Independent Truckers in less in a 9 month period. Single-handed managing over 600 deliveries that year. Johnathon had a vision to learn how to create a system that helps who really should benefit most in this industry, the truckers... Johnathon Sr.some how learned about information that was asked to keep from truckers. He then realized the silent gap was detrimental to not just the industry but detrimental to the actual investors of this industry; the Fleet owners... He understood where his knowledge could be beneficial and started there to help any truckers with what they don't know but yet should know because it could be detrimental to your success. He made a decision to help give a better chance of being successful.

JOHNATHON DICKERSON JR./ Vice President

Johnathon Dickerson Jr. Is known for his early success as a well educated and upcoming athlete from Columbus MS. He started playing football at the early age of 7. This led to him graduating with honors, also with an athletic scholarship. Growing up around a Trucking Dad, Johnathon caught on fairly quickly. He gained interest in trucking at the age of 17, he’s older now and moving forward in his career. Johnathon is now Vice President of EFS and has gained experience in Trucking from dispatch, and semi loading/unloading. as a company lumper. Now, Johnathon Jr. is in full process of finalizing his CDL-A. Johnathon says he not only wants to manage trucks he’s also taking the hands-on approach with truck management, to ensure he can always help the company. Whether, owner operators, drivers, dispatchers, any employees in more ways than one. His plan is to silently take his Team by storm.
